Refund & Return Policy
At Lanoira Australia, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fragrance sprays due to change of mind or blind purchases. To help you choose the perfect scent, we recommend trying our 2ml Spray Samples or reviewing the detailed fragrance notes before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements if:

The item is defective.

You received the wrong item due to our error.
Refunds are not available for postage and packaging costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
To be eligible for a return:
β The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
β The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with undamaged packaging.
β Proof of purchase is required.
β Clear photos must be provided for assessment.
β Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method and will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase. Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.

Damages in Transit
We take great care in packaging your order, but transit handling is out of our control. If your item is damaged during delivery:
β Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
β Provide clear photos of:

β If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on fragrance sprays. The best way to ensure you love your scent is to sample it first.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund withinΒ 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@lanoiraaustralia.com.au.
