Shipping Options & Times

Standard Shipping (Australia)

  • Dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on location

  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer

  • Price: $10.95

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150 (excluding Regional/Remote Locations)

Express Shipping (Australia)

  • Same state: 1–2 business days

  • Interstate: 1–3 business days

  • Price: $14.95

Busy Periods

During peak seasons, holidays, or special sales, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated with tracking information so you know exactly where your order is.

Regional & Remote Shipping

  • Shipping costs for Regional, or Remote locations are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within Australia only.

  • We will announce if international shipping becomes available.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

  • If your order has not arrived within 8 days (metro) or 15 days (regional/remote) after your shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@lanoiraaustralia.com.au with your name and order number.

Additional Information

  • Shipping prices and policies may change, and you will be notified if this occurs.

  • Express shipping is not yet available for our EDP and Room Sprays due to the alcohol content. We will announce when express shipping for these products becomes available.
