Returns and Exchanges

You can return items within 15 days of receiving them for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition. If we made a mistake with your order (wrong or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.

If you request a refund within the 15-day window but can’t send the item back to us, please contact us. Refunds in this situation are subject to our approval.

We do not accept returns for items you no longer want after the 15-day period. If you attempt to return an item after this timeframe, we may return it to you and ask you to cover the shipping costs.

Original Condition

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or not in its original state, we cannot issue a refund and may return the item to you, asking you to cover shipping costs. All returns are inspected upon receipt.

Returning a Faulty or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photo and video proof of the problem, which are required for processing the return.
